Welcome to the privacy policy of Health Concierge LTD. This policy will help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are in relation to it.

Types of Data collected

Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Usage Data; analytics data; session recordings; email address; product URLs submitted by Users; and feedback content voluntarily provided by Users.

Specifically:

  • Analytics and session data (collected via PostHog, only after consent): pages visited, interactions, clicks, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser information, and anonymized session recordings. IP addresses are discarded, and text entered into inputs is masked.
  • Feedback data: any text and, optionally, an email address you choose to submit through the feedback form.
  • Submitted product URLs: links you submit for investigation, which are stored to build the shared product gallery.
  • Usage Data: collected automatically when using this Application (see Definitions).

Complete details on each type of Personal Data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or by specific explanation texts displayed prior to the Data collection. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application. Any use of Cookies — or of other tracking tools — by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy.

Third-party services we use (Data Processors)

This Application relies on the following third-party services, which may process Personal Data on our behalf:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery (server logs and IP addresses for operation and security).
  • PostHog (EU region) — privacy-friendly product analytics and session replay, enabled only after consent; configured to discard IP addresses and mask user inputs; data retained for a maximum of 30 days.
  • Supabase — database hosting for the product gallery, research results, and feedback submissions.
  • Anthropic — AI processing used to generate product research from publicly available information.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. An up-to-date list of processors can be requested at hello@healthconcierge.me.

Mode and place of processing the Data

Methods of processing

The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorised destruction of the Data. The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organisational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in some cases the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application, or external parties appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner.

Place

The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Depending on the User's location, data transfers may involve transferring the User's Data to a country other than their own.

Retention time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected. In particular:

  • Analytics and session-recording data (via PostHog) is retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted.
  • Feedback submissions and submitted product URLs are retained for as long as needed to operate and improve the Service, or until you request their deletion.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data is deleted.

Cookie Policy

This Application uses Trackers, including analytics cookies set by PostHog only after you give consent. No non-essential trackers are activated until consent is given through the cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Your rights under the GDPR

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner. In particular, to the extent permitted by law, you have the right to: withdraw consent at any time; object to processing; access your Data; verify and seek rectification; restrict processing; have your Personal Data deleted; receive your Data and have it transferred to another controller; and lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@healthconcierge.me. Requests are free of charge and answered within one month.

Changes to this privacy policy

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying Users on this page and possibly within this Application. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the top.

This policy relates solely to this Application unless stated otherwise within this document.
